3.	With your permission, we pitch you to the company.
	Once we know you'll be a good fit for the job, we ask you if you want us to pitch you to the company. We don't simply forward your resume, so there are no surprises. Instead, we make a personal, one-on-one pitch to the company highlighting your strengths and the skills you bring to the table. We promote you as a whole package, encouraging the company to see why we think you're the best candidate for the job.
4.	We support you through the interview process.
	We work with you and the company to schedule an interview, give you the tools you'll need to have an extra advantage, and follow-up with you and the company to see how it went after the completed interview.
5.	We communicate the job offer and close the deal.
	When the company decides they want to hire you, we manage the salary negotiation process. During this crucial and sensitive stage, you'll benefit from our years of experience in the industry. Since we have existing relationships with the company, the final negotiation phase is predictable and stress free. We'll also help you wrap up loose ends and negotiate your start day.
